**Job Description:** A company in the electrical construction sector is seeking a **Bid Coordinator** with solid experience in analyzing and preparing budgets, direct and indirect costs, and unit prices, focused on electrical infrastructure projects (medium and high voltage, transmission lines, substations, etc.). The candidate will be responsible for leading public and private bidding processes, ensuring competitive technical and economic proposals aligned with client requirements and current regulations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and prepare technical\-economic proposals for electrical construction bids. * Analyze bid documents, blueprints, technical specifications, and applicable regulations. * Develop detailed budgets and unit price analyses (UPAs). * Request and evaluate quotations for materials, equipment, and subcontractors. * Validate productivity rates, indirect costs, and profit margins applicable to each project. * Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and legal departments to integrate complete proposals. * Conduct site visits when necessary to verify project conditions. * Monitor bidding processes through award and administrative closure. * Maintain updated cost and supplier databases for the department. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years coordinating bids in the electrical construction industry. * **Technical Knowledge:** * Unit price analysis (UPA). * Budgeting and construction estimating. * Reading electrical blueprints. * Applicable regulations (CFE, PEMEX, SCT, etc.). * Public and private bidding procedures. * **Tools:** * Estimating software (Neodata, Opus or similar). * Advanced MS Excel. * AutoCAD (desirable). * **Key Competencies:** * Technical leadership. * Teamwork and ability to work under pressure. * Analytical thinking. * Organization and follow\-up skills. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary based on experience. * Statutory and additional benefits. * Job stability and growth opportunities. * Excellent work environment in an established company.
