**YOU ONLY NEED:**
* Minimum experience: In maintenance or technical support; internships or social service are acceptable.
* Completed technical degree or engineering: Mechatronics, Electronics, Computer Science, or related field.
* Availability to work on-site in Tijuana and surrounding areas.
* Availability for one-week training in CDMX (hotel, transportation, and meals included).
* Valid driver's license and standard automobile driving skills.
**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Preventive and corrective on-site maintenance of Glory equipment.
* Diagnose system problems.
* Perform repairs and provide technical support.
* Provide customers with recommendations for equipment care and usage.
* Deliver customer service regarding maintenance progress during implementation.
* Collect and record information to monitor performance.
* Escalate technical issue resolution by promptly seeking guidance or assistance from technical support.
* Perform administrative tasks related to services and per diems (reports, assessments, etc.).
* Properly maintain and manage assigned tools, spare parts, and resources.
