




Implement, develop, and communicate preventive measures at the Hotel to safeguard the integrity of people, documentation, and the company’s fixed assets in risk situations. Patrol hotel facilities to detect and prevent suspicious or unauthorized activities. Monitor security cameras and respond promptly to any incident or emergency detected. Conduct inspection rounds in key hotel areas, such as entrances, exits, parking lots, and restricted-access areas. Daily verification of video equipment and fire detection systems to ensure full functionality. Coordinate daily activities of assigned security personnel across three shifts according to various events or activities taking place within the property, ensuring continuous security coverage. Immediately report emergency situations to General Management to enable prompt and appropriate resolution. Conduct inspections of current assets in areas such as Food & Beverage, Maintenance, Pool, and others to identify deviations, losses, or misuse. Carry out investigations in cases of theft, loss, damage, and accidents within the Hotel to determine causes and implement corresponding preventive and corrective actions. Supervise and manage the hotel’s security team. This includes training, scheduling, and evaluating security personnel to ensure they are adequately prepared and meet performance and conduct standards.
