General Objective Protect the assets and safeguards of the Real Inn Tijuana hotel to ensure guests and customers enjoy an incident- and complaint-free stay, while simultaneously ensuring staff safety in accordance with hotel policies and guidelines. Requirements Minimum one year of experience in security procedures Flexible schedule availability Fire suppression training Incident or accident response Access control and loss prevention PC proficiency for reporting incidents Ability to operate standard and automatic transmission vehicles Teamwork Customer service Specific Objectives Monitor hotel premises of Real Inn Tijuana to prevent incidents, theft, or robbery, as well as accidents involving staff, guests, visitors, and diners, aiming to prevent operational incidents.
