Responsible for the marketing and sales of the company’s products and overall solutions; 2\. Analyze and capture industry market opportunities, develop customized product customers, sales strategies or plans; 3\. Formulate sales budget and complete sales targets to increase market share; 4\. Coordinate resources to solve customer problems, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance customer stickiness. Job Requirements: 1\. Bachelor degree or above. 2\.\- More than 3 years of sales experience in materials and chemical industry especially on plastic industry is a must. 3\. Have a strong motivation for achievement, eager to succeed and quickly obtain personal growth; 4\. Outgoing personality, excellent interpersonal skills, with good communication and empathy; 5\. Strong teamwork ability, strong ability to resist pressure and frustration; 5\. Proficient in English and Spanish.
