**Job Requirements**
* Technical degree in Mechanics
* Proven prior experience
* Advanced proficiency in electronic tools and diagnostics.
* Minimum toolset required to perform diagnostics and advanced repairs.
**Job Responsibilities**
\- Perform assigned tasks according to instructions noted on the repair order, as assigned by the Service Advisor or Shop Supervisor, within the designated timeframe.
\- Inform the Shop Supervisor and Service Advisor of any difficulties encountered while performing the tasks.
\- Inform the Shop Supervisor and note on the repair order any additional defects discovered during repair, and simultaneously notify the Service Advisor.
\- Maintain a clean and organized workplace, as well as personal appearance.
\- Always keep tools in perfect condition and inform the Shop Supervisor of any damaged tools, reporting any losses.
\- Attend internal training programs and stay updated on product changes.
\- Receive new parts from the Workshop Counter to be used upon delivery of previously authorized material orders.
\- Attend courses and training sessions convened by VWM for dealership network personnel, as well as internal courses provided by the dealership.
\- Ensure repairs are performed without causing damage to vehicles.
\- Conduct extensive diagnostic procedures to identify the root causes of customers’ issues and provide accurate repair recommendations.
\- Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, transmission flushes, air conditioning recharges, front-end alignments, battery installations, and front/rear light installations.
\- Carry out necessary repairs and take vehicles on test drives to verify proper operating conditions.
\- Generate additional estimates beyond the original repair order.
\- Complete service orders accurately.
\- Generate additional estimates beyond the original repair order.
\- Document performed diagnostics in the GRP portal to fulfill warranty requirements.
\- Provide repair comments in the W32 portal.
