*This vacancy comes from the Talenteca.com job board* ### **Job opening for company NAPS México in El Florido \- Tijuana, Baja California** **Company dedicated to furniture manufacturing, primarily chairs, sofas, dining chairs, recliners, office chairs, gaming chairs; is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer focused on NPI for its sewing department.** Main responsibilities * Creation of documentation and archiving for project status. * Time measurement for wood assembly, gluing, upholstery, and final assembly of structures for any model. * Creation of instruction sheets and visual aid documentation regarding product assembly. * Monitoring product implementation on production lines. * Updating deliverables tracking format. * In charge of monitoring pre-pilot and pilot runs for new products. * Tracking material requisition for samples. * Analysis of PFMEA for new products. * Creation of CTQ, SOP, and FMEA documents. Requirements * Industrial Engineer or related engineering degree. * 3 to 5 years of experience as an NPI engineer. * Experience in Textile/Sewing area (essential). * Conversational English. * Possession of a visa (desirable).
