Position: **Executive Chef** A gastronomy- and operational-excellence-driven professional responsible for leading kitchen operations, ensuring high quality standards, and creating memorable culinary experiences for our guests. **Requirements** ° Minimum 4 years’ experience in this role, preferably within IHG hotels. ° Bachelor’s degree or certification in Culinary Arts. ° Decision-making and problem-solving skills. ° Customer service orientation toward both external and internal customers. ° Planning and organizational skills. ° Stress tolerance and management. ° Time management. ° Knowledge of kitchen operations, cost control, and inventory management. ° Ability to work under pressure. ° Flexible availability. ° Outstanding service attitude. What we need from you: • Direct and coordinate daily kitchen operations. • Lead, develop, and motivate the culinary team. • Ensure quality, hygiene, and inventory control standards. • Collaborate with Food & Beverage in event planning. • Support budget preparation and cost control.
