This role is essential to ensuring the quality and supply of our products. Responsibilities: Prepare and make tortillas following quality standards. Experience operating machinery for tortilla, dough, and wheat flour derivative production (e.g., totopos, sopes, etc.). Coordinate with the production team to ensure supply. Perform maintenance tasks on production equipment. · Requirements: Prior experience in tortilla product preparation. Knowledge of preparation and cooking techniques. Ability to work in a dynamic production environment.
