Job Objective: A Project Coordinator responsible for organizing, coordinating, tracking, and ensuring the correct execution of field activities—including resources, crews, and processes—guaranteeing timelines, quality, and effective communication with clients and internal departments. Key Responsibilities: Plan implementation activities, assigning tasks and resources. Coordinate field personnel, deliverable quality, and objective achievement. Coordinate crews and ensure orderly operational flow. Validate technical execution through client evidence and standards. Coordinate site access, approvals, closures, and client communication. Maintain communication among internal departments. Requirements: Technical high school diploma, TSU, or Engineering degree. 3 years of experience in telecommunications or crew coordination. Proficiency in KPIs, reporting, and performance indicators. Experience with reporting and tracking tools. Ability to resolve unforeseen issues.
