




Description and details of activities **Summary:** * Responsible for attracting, screening, and coordinating the hiring of large volumes of personnel (operational and administrative), maintaining timelines, receiving documentation, preparing personnel files, and conducting inductions * Design and execute recruitment campaigns (social media, job fairs, referrals, agencies). * Post job openings and manage responses (WhatsApp, Facebook, job boards). * Screen resumes, conduct phone pre-screenings, and schedule mass interviews. * Coordinate on-site hiring sessions and selection days. * Maintain reports and metrics (open positions, candidates contacted, attendance rate, time to fill). * Coordinate logistics (venue, schedules, paperwork, medical exams). * Maintain communication with operational and HR departments to align candidate profiles. * Manage database/ATS and update candidate statuses. Experience and requirements * Age: 25 to 45 years * Gender: Indifferent * Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration, Human Resources, or related field (graduated or in process of completing final project). * Minimum experience: **2 to 3 proven years** in high-volume recruitment (maquiladora, manufacturing, logistics, or retail sectors). * Availability to work under targets and in the field (job fairs, modules, plant visits, etc.). * Driver's license and availability to travel (desirable).
