ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a BDR to lead the opening and expansion of our market in Tijuana. You will be our key representative, responsible for creating demand for our service and building strong alliances with decision-makers at top real estate agencies. If you are an expert in cold prospecting, resilient in handling objections, and have a proven ability to close B2B deals, we want you to be our growth engine! You will be responsible for integrating Morada Uno into the local market, managing the full sales cycle—from initial prospecting to deal closure. RESPONSIBILITIES -Prospecting, Commercial Focus, and Closing -High-impact prospecting (in-person and telephone): Execute a cold outreach and robust prospecting strategy (on-site visits and calls) -Market analysis and understanding of the local market -Face-to-face meetings with excellent verbal communication to present our value proposition. -Handle rejections and objections with resilience and persuasive communication. -Lead opportunities through the sales cycle, ensuring deal closure and signing of new partnerships. -Develop and maintain a strong portfolio of clients and long-term business relationships. -We seek proactivity and the ability to coordinate efforts with a cross-functional team.
