Prepare, verify, and submit the department payroll to human resources on time based on work schedules previously assigned by the supervisor, with the intention of expediting the payment process for employees. 2\. Prepare the raw materials list for the next day's production, following the procedures established by the purchasing and warehouse departments; in order to have ingredients available on time to prepare meals required for condiments and banquets. 3\. Verify that supplies and raw materials meet the quality standards required by regulations; in order to provide diners with fresh, contamination-free dishes. 4\. Periodically supervise kitchen cleaning to maintain quality and hygiene standards. 5\. Design the training calendar according to the kitchen department's “15 minutes” process, with the purpose of addressing the cooks' areas of opportunity and minimizing potential errors in production lines. 6\. Monitor the “15 minutes” process through attendance sheets and photographs to provide documented evidence for audit purposes. 7\. Unconditionally comply with any instructions received from the direct supervisor, in order to provide a service that meets the company's quality standards.
