We are looking for a UX/UI Specialist to join our team in Tijuana, B.C. Location: Otay Corporate Office On-site mode In this role, you will have the opportunity to participate in the redesign and evolution of digital products focused on foreign trade and logistics operations, directly impacting the experience of our users. Responsibilities ✔ Conduct a comprehensive usability assessment of the current product, identifying key friction points and prioritizing improvement opportunities with measurable impact on user experience. ✔ Create and maintain a design system in Figma to ensure visual consistency and component reuse across the development team. ✔ Conduct UX research sessions with real users (interviews, usability tests, empathy maps) to validate design hypotheses prior to development. ✔ Deliver wireframes, interactive prototypes, and ready-to-handoff design specifications to the development team each sprint. ✔ Collaborate with product and development teams during refinement sessions to ensure designs are technically feasible and implemented faithfully. ✔ Conduct user testing to validate functionality, usability, and user experience of developed screens and solutions. Requirements \- 2 to 4 years of UX/UI experience \- Experience in UX Research, wireframing, and prototyping \- Experience building Design Systems in Figma \- Experience with web/mobile digital products \- Intermediate English (B1\) \- Portfolio demonstrating UX/UI work is mandatory An excellent opportunity to contribute to strategic projects and support the organization’s digital transformation.
