What knowledge do you need? o Backup creation, formatting, and software and hardware installation. o Structured cabling (basic level). o Protocols and configuration of Active Directory accounts, domains, and VPN connections. ️ Your responsibilities: * Preparation and configuration of new devices with Windows 10 or later. * Configuration of applications, email, Office 365, and SharePoint. * Corrective and preventive maintenance of equipment. * Repair of computers and peripherals. * Implementation of security policies and antivirus console configuration.
