Administer, maintain, and ensure operational continuity of the IT infrastructure (servers, backups, hardware, software, and services) 2\. Manage and monitor critical information systems to guarantee their availability and security. 3\. Provide timely and effective second-level technical support to internal users. 4\. Coordinate the acquisition, renewal, and maintenance of technology equipment, software, and licenses. 5\. Perform backups, manage cybersecurity, and ensure data protection. 6\. Keep the technology asset inventory updated and ensure its traceability. 7\. Attend to and coordinate services with external technology providers. 8\. Identify and propose technological improvements to optimize processes and increase organizational efficiency. 9\. Prepare periodic reports on incidents, risks, and IT department performance.
