With over 78 years of global experience and 29 years in Mexico, we are leaders in specialized solutions for outsourcing HR, operational, and administrative processes. **About the Role** We are seeking a **Senior Margin Improvement and Operational Efficiency Engineer (MedTech/Farma).** This professional combines medical product development and manufacturing process improvement with end-to-end project management, ensuring business objectives are met on time, within budget, and to quality standards. **Benefits** * Gross monthly salary: $55,000\. * Statutory benefits. * Life insurance. * Parking space. **Responsibilities** * Design, optimize, and launch medical device manufacturing products and processes. * Plan, execute, and lead projects required for their creation, manufacturing, margin improvement (MIP), and implementation. * Generate business savings through project planning and execution. * Generate value-improvement ideas and conduct feasibility assessments. * Lead and collaborate with plant teams (Manufacturing, Procurement, Planning, Quality, etc.) and external teams (R\&D, Sustainability, Marketing, Procurement, etc.), leading and/or co-leading Value or Margin Improvement Program (VIP/MIP) projects, new products, or design changes (including CAPEX/OPEX planning, creation, and administration). * Lead and manage Workshops, Kaizen events, and/or VAVE activities related to MIP project idea generation, identifying potentially feasible ideas and providing follow-up with multifunctional teams on generated ideas. **Requirements:** * Mechanical Engineer, Mechatronics Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Electromechanical Engineer, Systems Engineer, or equivalent. * Conversational English. **Required Skills** * Minimum three years of experience in a related position. * Problem-solving skills. * Project management and leadership skills. * Lean and Six Sigma practices preferred. * Experience working in ISO/FDA- and GMP-regulated environments. * Experience writing and executing process validations (IQ/SV/DOE/OQ/PQ). * Prior experience in MedTech/Farma. * Knowledge/experience with radiofrequency machinery. * Prior experience in engineering and projects. **Preferred Skills** * Software: Minitab.
