Its products serve internationally prominent customers, and here you will find an agile, growing, innovation-driven environment where you can contribute, learn, and develop initiatives that elevate well-being in homes and professional spaces. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Provide support in developing plant-level efficiency improvement projects within the engineering department. * Production line balancing. * Standardization of work instructions. * Updating and designing layouts for process flow. * Direct support to the production area. **Requirements:** * Engineering student in final semesters and/or recent graduate. * Proficiency in Office software. * Basic knowledge of: 5S Basics, SAP system, lean manufacturing. * Availability to work Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 2:00 pm.
