Position Summary: We are seeking an NOC Engineer to monitor, support, and configure network infrastructure, diagnose incidents, and develop technical documentation. Key Highlights: 1. Problem analysis and resolution with interest in emerging technologies Position: NOC Engineer Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems, Computer Science, or related field * Graduated or currently completing degree requirements * 1 year of experience in networking and NOC/SOC support Technical Knowledge: * Networking and Cisco administration * TCP/IP * Switching and routing * VLAN * WiFi * Structured cabling * CCNA Routing certification preferred Responsibilities: * Monitoring and supporting network infrastructure * Configuring switches, routers, VPNs, and firewalls * Diagnosing and resolving incidents * Handling and tracking support tickets * Preventive and corrective maintenance * Developing technical documentation * Designing and deploying networks Competencies: * Problem analysis and resolution * Proactivity * Goal-oriented work * Interest in learning emerging technologies Salary: $25,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Discounts and preferential pricing * Major medical expense insurance Work Location: On-site employment
