Here, you become part of a passionate team dedicated to excellence and unity.* **Objective:** Ensure security, compliance with internal policies, and operational control through continuous monitoring of cameras, recordings, and GPS platforms, promptly detecting and reporting any incidents, irregularities, or deviations. **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Administration, Systems Engineering, or a technical program in monitoring systems or related fields. * English: Basic (reading proficiency preferred). * Software and/or equipment: Video surveillance platform, geolocation systems, computer, and Office suite. * Experience: 1–2 years in a similar position. **Skills:** Basic Excel knowledge. Familiarity with CCTV systems and monitoring platforms. Proficiency in computer operation and Office suite. **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct continuous review of security cameras throughout the day, ensuring constant surveillance of facilities. * Perform thorough review of the night shift, verifying recordings and behaviors. * Detect and report breaches of trust, inappropriate conduct, dishonest actions, or policy violations (e.g., failure to wear uniforms or inactive staff). * Prepare and send immediate reports to relevant departments (Human Resources, Operations, Security, etc.) for incident follow-up. * Document significant incidents, emergency situations, or accidents. * Monitor drivers’ routes via GPS, verifying adherence to assigned routes and identifying potential deviations or anomalies. * Daily inspection of display cases across all restaurants to ensure product availability (cakes or others). * Operate and maintain CCTV and GPS platforms up to date. * Ensure access control and loss prevention at facilities and warehouses. * Analyze metrics and indicators related to security, routing, and operational performance, proposing improvements. * Implement and reinforce company-established security and confidentiality protocols. * Collaborate with other departments in reviewing or investigating specific matters requiring video evidence or monitoring data.
