Job description and activity details **Job Objective** Ensure the proper operation and continuity of machinery and equipment through technical knowledge, experience, and preventive, corrective, and routine maintenance. **Responsibilities** * Maintain up-to-date backups of equipment programs. * Train mechanics from various departments as required. * Suggest and implement machine redesigns in general to improve performance. * Assist in developing preventive maintenance plans for equipment. * Prepare lists of materials, spare parts, or any other supplies required to perform work. * Support mechanics from various departments in resolving issues related to PLCs and electrical control systems. * Participate in equipment and production line transfers. * Develop machine integrations, etc. * Clean equipment and remove waste from the work area after operations are completed. Experience and Requirements **Education:** Technical degree, recent graduate (Engineering), incomplete Engineering degree. **Experience:** 2 years in a similar position **Knowledge** **Required:** * Automatic machines * Electropneumatics * Production lines * Basic knowledge of telecommunications (TLC) **Physical Requirements:** * Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 25 kilograms * Ability to work in various positions (bending, kneeling, squatting) to access machine areas. * Physical capability to perform any type of work without limitations. * Ability to walk and stand for extended periods to carry out various tasks.
