Job Description and Responsibilities Due to expansion by **Industrial Transfer Mexico S.A. de C.V.**, we are hiring: **Project Supervisor (Rigging / Lifting)** **Key Knowledge Areas:** * Blueprint reading and rigging planning. * Lifting plans and risk analysis. * Basic load and equipment capacity calculations. * Coordination of rigging operations and operational logistics. * Supervision of machinery packaging and securing. **Safety and Management:** * Industrial safety standards and use of PPE. * Field risk prevention. * Project planning, execution, and closure. * Monitoring of timelines, personnel, and service compliance. **Skills:** * Leadership and organization * Results-oriented mindset * Proactivity * Ability to work under pressure Experience and Requirements * 5\+ years supervising operational projects (rigging, lifting, logistics, or heavy industry). * Experience managing and coordinating forklifts, cranes, and lifting equipment. * Experience in loading, unloading, transporting, and installing industrial machinery. * Leadership of operational personnel (riggers and operators). * On-site decision-making and problem resolution. * Flexible schedule and on-site work availability. * Direct client interaction. * Availability for flexible hours and/or travel. * Fixed schedule (Monday to Friday \- 7:00 AM \- 5:00 PM) Benefits * Benefits in accordance with the Federal Labor Law (LFT) * Uniform * Guaranteed profit-sharing * Base salary. **Number of Openings** 1 **Department** Operations **Employment Type** Permanent **Work Mode** On-site **Shift** Day **Work Schedule** Full-time **Working Hours*** Full-time * Subject to workload **Education Level** High School Diploma **Willingness to Travel** Yes
