




Description and details of activities * Responsible for the development of training systems and record-keeping systems. * Responsible for developing certification plans with operators, career paths, and learning curves. * In charge of coordinating leaders to train all operators in the worker productivity induction program, as well as training all their trainers to effectively deliver training on time. * Provide follow-up support for organizational training plans and develop annual budgets for training expenses. * Review and support the development of job descriptions and assign training requirements to forms in coordination with human resources representatives and department managers. * Responsible for coordinating training compliance across all departments. * Conduct analysis of training statistics and activities. * Implement methods and actions related to accelerated learning. Experience and requirements * Professional degree (Bachelor's in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field) * Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position. * Conversational level English * Experience in organizational development. * Experience in training and integration activities. * Excellent interpersonal skills and effective verbal and written communication skills. * Preferably experienced in Human Resources activities.
