Promote a positive work environment and ensure regulatory compliance We seek a **Human Resources Generalist**, with an operational and administrative focus, who contributes to the proper functioning of human talent processes and strengthens the organization’s internal management. Position Objective: To manage and execute Human Resources processes, ensuring proper personnel management through recruitment, personnel administration, payroll calculation, incident tracking, and compliance with current labor regulations. Main Responsibilities: * Execute recruitment and selection processes for operational and administrative staff. * Prepare employment contracts, onboarding, offboarding, and employee transfers. * Compile, organize, and maintain up-to-date employee files. * Prepare, calculate, and validate payroll, including incidents such as absences, vacations, leaves of absence, disabilities, and severance payments. * Manage the **Enkontrol** system for personnel information registration and control. * Follow up on onboarding, training, and organizational development processes. * Address staff inquiries and requests, promoting a positive work environment. * Ensure compliance with the **Federal Labor Law** and internal policies. * Support the implementation of improvements in Human Resources processes. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in **Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field**. * Minimum of **2 to 4 years’ experience as a Human Resources Generalist**. * Demonstrable experience in **payroll management**. * Experience with the **Enkontrol** system (mandatory or highly desirable). * Knowledge of the **Federal Labor Law**. * Proficiency in Office suite (Intermediate Excel). * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility.
