Job Summary: We are seeking a Graphic Designer to execute high-quality, well-organized daily graphic pieces and visual content, supporting the department’s creative operations. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to work across multiple brands or projects. ***Job Objective*** To execute daily graphic pieces and visual content with quality, speed, and organization, supporting the department’s creative operations. ***Experience*** ● Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design or visual communication. ● Experience in operational design: social media, digital assets, adaptations, internal materials, etc. ● Desired experience working with multiple brands or projects simultaneously. **Education** Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in: ● Graphic Design ● Communication ● Design Engineering ● or related field ***Technical Skills*** ● Proficiency in Adobe (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or Figma ● Ability to follow brand guidelines ● Basic photo editing ● Photography using smartphone or camera (product, spaces, lifestyle) ● File organization ● Ability to adapt formats (stories, posts, banners, etc.) Soft Skills ● Organization and structure ● Strong time management ● Attention to detail ● Openness to feedback ● Execution-oriented mindset ● Ability to work under shifting priorities ● Clear communication ***Main Responsibilities*** Design ● Execute graphic pieces for social media, campaigns, and internal materials. ● Adapt artwork to various formats. ● Support the visual development of existing brands. ● Prepare final files for print or digital use. ***Visual Content*** ● Capture basic photography (product, spaces, behind-the-scenes). ● Support photo/video shoots. ● Deliver organized materials to the team. ***Daily Operations*** ● Complete tasks assigned by the Creative Lead. ● Maintain organized folders, versions, and files. ● Support during peak workloads. ● Follow departmental processes.
