Management of transactions in QAD and customer service Job Description and Responsibilities Provide support to program managers in tracking objectives to achieve customer satisfaction. 1\) Monitor Accounts Receivable for our customer portfolio 2\) Document and coordinate NPI activities and engineering changes. 3\) Perform QAD transactions related to demand loading, adjustments, modifications, and cancellations from customers 4\) Attend meetings with customers and follow up on issues related to on-time delivery, quality, billing, etc., across various departments 5\) Participate in periodic customer meetings and complete resulting action items 6\) Track implementation of ECOs (engineering changes) in collaboration with the PM for disposition of E/O (excess and obsolete materials) 7\) Track customer requirements jointly with the PM (depending on topic complexity and responsibility level) to support customer satisfaction, evaluated quarterly via customer satisfaction surveys and as part of the department's KPIs 8\) Attend and participate in company-scheduled training sessions. Experience and Requirements * Final semesters of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. * Experience in project management. * Negotiation skills * Communication skills * Teamwork * MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) * ERP and MRP QAD knowledge (desirable) * Knowledge of NOM-035 * Bilingual * U.S. tourist visa * This position requires on-site work at the company premises.
