Description and details of activities The goals of the support project will be the following: 1\.Zero Critical Issues during the introduction of Transfer Models at OTS and PPAP stages 2\.Zero defects due to validation escapes according to the RGPO\-IN\-03\-R15B NPI Documentation Checklist **Activities:** * Active participation in the development of Control Plans * Tracking collection of evidence for the RGPO\-IN\-03\-R15B NPI Introduction checklist * Failure analysis during the introduction of new models using 8Ds / 5Whys. * Identify improvement opportunities in new models through PDCA * Conduct ESD testing on products and areas * Perform SPC, CPK, Gage R\&R for inspectors during inspection of New Models * Conduct VPP(Value/Polarity/Position) testing on Hanon Transfer New Models * Measure particles in the environment where customer Transfer Models are introduced Experience and requirements **EDUCATION** * Last 3 semesters of university studies in Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering or similar.
