If you are passionate about continuous improvement, teamwork, and achieving operational and financial results, this is your opportunity to lead a key area in our growth. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Maintenance team supervision:** Coordinate, direct, and evaluate operational personnel, ensuring compliance with corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance programs. * **Resource and budget management:** Develop and monitor monthly department budgets, validate expenses for parts, services, and fuel, and track their real-time application. * **Fleet and documentation control:** Oversee the overall condition of vehicles (tires, batteries, insurance, registration cards, etc.), ensuring operational readiness and regulatory compliance. * **Analysis and continuous improvement:** Implement KPIs, prepare operational and financial reports, audit internal processes, and propose efficiency strategies and cost reduction initiatives. * **Workshop administration:** Manage daily logs, coordinate scheduled maintenance, oversee technical staff recruitment, and ensure order, cleanliness, and safety in the workshop. **Requirements:** * Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in similar roles managing vehicle fleet maintenance (diesel and/or gasoline). * Knowledge of corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance. * Experience managing and controlling operational budgets. * Ability to implement continuous improvement and cost reduction strategies. * Familiarity with workshop safety, organization, and cleanliness regulations. * Flexible availability.
