**Requirements:** * Industrial Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, or related field * 5 years of experience in maintenance management * Experience in maintenance strategies within the transportation industry * Ability to reduce maintenance costs and improve processes. * Responsible for diesel unit maintenance, system updates, knowledge of diesel units, preventive and corrective maintenance. * Knowledge of Cummins, Hyundai, VW, Mercedes trucks, etc. (desirable) **Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement preventive/corrective maintenance strategies to ensure fleet operational availability. * Manage and administer the maintenance department budget to optimize resource utilization and control operating costs. * Supervise and optimize the department's workforce. * Safeguard company assets and reduce maintenance costs. * Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance. * Improve processes and reduce workshop unit downtime. * Prepare maintenance and field performance reports. * Manage personnel and maintain effective communication * Monitor warehouse, availability of required parts for units, and inventory levels. * Maintain order and cleanliness within the facilities under their responsibility * Budget control.
