**Job Description** 1. Execution of scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on parking control equipment. 2. Implementation of the maintenance plan by executing work orders for various types of maintenance activities. 3. Monitoring the availability of spare parts and the operational condition of equipment. 4. Maintaining and promoting continuous improvement of maintenance processes, in alignment with the company’s quality policies. 5. Keeping technical knowledge up to date to carry out staff training. 6. Updating manuals and procedures. 7. Managing inventory supply of spare parts, whether commonly used or specialized. 8. Maintaining up-to-date maintenance history logs and operational status records for each piece of equipment.
