Optimizes resources and reduces waste Job Description and Responsibilities We are seeking a **Shift Supervisor** with experience in the manufacturing sector, responsible for supervising and coordinating production operations, ensuring **personnel safety**, **compliance with quality standards**, **operational efficiency**, and achievement of **production targets** on time and within budget. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise operational staff, ensuring proper use of PPE and compliance with safety regulations. * Coordinate and execute the production schedule, optimizing resources and reducing waste. * Ensure compliance with quality systems (ISO 9001, HACCP, GMP) and the Quality Management System. * Train and develop staff, as well as evaluate their performance. * Analyze and resolve operational and machinery-related issues. * Monitor production records, downtime, and ERP reports. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and continuous improvement in the production area (Lean, 5S, Kaizen). Experience and Requirements * Technical degree or completed bachelor’s degree (Industrial, Mechatronics or related field). * Minimum 2 years of experience as Shift Supervisor or similar role. * Experience managing operational staff. * ERP knowledge (Oracle preferred) and basic maintenance skills. * Availability to work rotating shifts.
