Our reputation across 19 offices in Mexico is based on experience, reputation, and quality in delivering Audit, Tax, and Consulting solutions, among others. **We provide the best advice so our clients can make Smart Decisions!** **\*\* Join our team as: Payroll Supervisor.\*\*** **What are we looking for?** * Degree in Accounting or Finance * 4 to 5 years of experience managing payrolls for different companies * Intermediate to advanced knowledge of accounting, IMSS, and INFONAVIT concepts * Knowledge of the Income Tax Law (ISR) and other applicable payroll regulations * Proficiency with payroll software tools and government platforms (intermediate to advanced) * Ability to present legal defenses before government agencies * Experience with RH *flex* and CompatQi platforms **What do we expect from you?** * Strict adherence to the firm's ethics code and branding policies * Prepare and file informative tax returns and other required state and federal obligations * Prepare working papers with calculations for INFONAVIT, FONACOT, PAYROLL VIEWER, and ISN withholding schedules * Monthly verification of compliance with IMSS and INFONAVIT obligations * Payroll processing * Review requirements for fiscal digital receipts (CFDIs) * Monitor and ensure correct calculation of federal taxes: Income Tax (ISR) * Handle procedures before government agencies * Ability to independently conduct client follow-up meetings * Management and control of bank accounts * Support the team in resolving tax and labor-related inquiries * Annual calculations (Christmas bonus, PTU, IMSS risk premium) * Report any anomalies detected during reviews or processes to management * Supervise operational staff within the department * Review and control time expenses within the department * Carry out general collections and ensure projected budget compliance * Resolve client inquiries and disputes in labor, IMSS, and INFONAVIT matters **What do we offer?** * Competitive salary based on experience * Job stability * Work flexibility * Excellent work environment * Growth opportunities * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm * Hybrid work model (after 1 month) * Statutory and additional benefits * Savings fund * Life insurance * Punctuality and attendance bonus * Employee referral bonus program * Biweekly payments * Annual training programs * Professional development and growth opportunities **If you meet all the requirements, please share your CV in PDF format with us.** Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $35,000\.00 \- $42,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
