Job Summary: This role involves setting up tables, greeting guests, taking and serving orders, restocking buffets, removing soiled tableware, and processing payments—ensuring high-quality service. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive customer service in the food and beverage area. 2. Table setup management and personalized guest attention. 3. Opportunity to apply sales techniques for promotions. 1. Set up furniture, glassware, china, and flatware according to established standards to ensure tables are ready and presentable for guest service. 2. Greet guests at tables assigned to your area to welcome them and offer appetizers before taking their order. 3. Suggest or apply daily promotion sales techniques to increase guest consumption. 4. Take food and beverage orders from guests to relay them to the kitchen for preparation. 5. Serve food and beverages to guests to ensure timely and quality delivery that meets their needs. 6. Continuously restock buffet food and beverages to maintain adequate availability for guests. 7. Regularly remove soiled glassware, china, and flatware from tables during service to maintain guest comfort and table appearance. 8. Collect guest payment methods upon completion of their meal to process payment at the cashier area. 9. Remove all soiled glassware, china, and flatware from tables once vacated by guests, and clean tables to prepare them for new guests according to required standards. 10. Unconditionally follow all instructions received from your direct supervisor to deliver service meeting the company’s quality standards.
