




**Pre-sales Technician with programming, configuration, and support knowledge.** **Company:** Excel Distribuidora **Job Description** We are seeking a **Pre-sales Technician with programming, configuration, and support knowledge**, who will provide comprehensive technical support to the organization, actively participating in **technical pre-sales** (solution design and validation) and **operational technical support** (incident resolution and service continuity), ensuring that solutions offered to customers are **viable, correct, and functional**. This position is key as the liaison between the sales, engineering, and support departments. **Responsibilities** **Technical Pre-sales** * Gathering and analyzing technical requirements with the sales department. * Designing and validating technical solutions (networks, infrastructure, security, specialized systems). * Preparing diagrams, BOM (Bill of Materials), and technical justifications. * Validating compatibility, sizing, and scope. * Ensuring that offerings are technically defensible and executable. **Technical Support** * Providing first- and second-level technical support. * Diagnosing and resolving incidents related to networks, infrastructure, equipment, and base software. * Supporting installations, configurations, and commissioning. * Escalating and tracking cases with manufacturers or distributors. * Documenting solutions, configurations, and technical procedures. **Requirements** * Technical degree or engineering in systems, computer science, telecommunications, or related field. * Knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, basic/intermediate switching and routing). * Experience with infrastructure (servers, storage, UPS, backup). * Knowledge of structured cabling and best practices. * Basic proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems. * General knowledge of security, CCTV, and access control. **Skills** * Analysis and structuring of technical solutions. * Clear communication with customers and internal departments. * Ability to prioritize between pre-sales and support activities. * Service orientation and problem-solving capability. **We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits. * Technical training and development. * Participation in real projects and solutions. * Job stability and professional growth.
