Job Objective: Coordinate Occupational Health, Industrial Safety, Hygiene, and Environmental programs to prevent, correct, and mitigate hazardous or unhealthy working conditions, as well as ensure adherence to preventive and protective measures for the environment and workplace safety, in compliance with Mexican regulations and legislation, certifications, and company policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: * Implementation of EHS programs * Maintenance of the Operating System: maintenance of audits, inspections, and EHS processes * Monitoring, recording, and controlling key corporate and local indicators, as well as jointly implementing objectives with the Plant Manager and Regional EHS Leader * Promotion of safety culture * Ensuring compliance with applicable regulations at Mexican sites * Development and maintenance of emergency response plans * Coordination of on-site health services * Oversight of physical security services and processes Requirements: * Completed university degree (Bachelor’s degree) * Certificate in Industrial Safety (desirable) * ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification (desirable) * Advanced English proficiency Oceanside CA 1351 Rocky Point Dr We Celebrate Who We Are!
