Experience with engineering drawings, geometric tolerances, and IATF/ISO/AS9100 standards Job Description and Detailed Responsibilities Responsible for manufacturing and repairing fixtures and dies required by production areas. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Manufacture all types of fixtures for production machines according to drawings using required equipment. * Read and interpret all types of engineering drawings. * Repair precision progressive dies. * Perform general precision machining: lathe, milling machine, grinder, electrical discharge machining (EDM). * Interpret engineering drawings; resolve stamping-related issues; manufacture and adjust dimensions on cutting dies. * Use measuring instruments and perform heat treatment of steels. Experience and Requirements **EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED** * Technical vocational education required. * Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Tool Maker. * Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and geometric tolerances; knowledge and proficiency operating lathes, milling machines, grinders, and measuring equipment. * Must possess knowledge of IATF-16949, ISO 14001, and AS9100 aerospace standards, as applicable to assigned duties.
