Job Responsibilities: * **Recruitment Outreach:** * Make outbound phone calls to prospective agents using pre\-populated lead lists. * Leverage digital recruiting campaigns and Department of Financial Services (DFS) data uploads within Zoho CRM. * Consistently meet or exceed outreach KPIs, including daily outbound dials, average talk time, and connection rates. * **Candidate Management:** * Conduct phone screenings and explain the SHLA business model, commission structure, training programs, and agent support systems. * Assess candidate fit and schedule follow\-ups or next steps within the recruiting funnel. * **CRM Usage (Zoho):** * Log all calls, conversations, and outcomes within Zoho. * Maintain organized records of all contacts by inputting detailed notes, status updates, and reminders for follow\-up activity. * Track progress and stage of each candidate within the recruiting pipeline using CRM tools. * **Performance \& Metrics:** * Adhere to and exceed set performance metrics: + **Daily Outbound Calls:** (Target number to be defined) + **Talk Time:** (Target minutes per day/week) + **Quality of Calls:** Monitored through spot\-checks or call recordings + **Conversion Rate:** % of prospects converted to contracted agents * **Collaboration:** * Coordinate with the marketing team to provide feedback on campaign performance. * Work with onboarding personnel to ensure a smooth transition for recruited agents. * **Reporting \& Accountability:** * Provide weekly performance summaries and recruiting pipeline updates. * Participate in team meetings and training sessions as scheduled. ### **Benefits** * Paid days off * Competitive weekly salary * Great location (Zona Río, Tijuana) * Benefits by law and more * Private Health Insurance and Preventative Care * Friendly work environment * Savings Fund and voluntary Savings Account * Financing and discounts at various establishments around the city * Career growth opportunities * Constant motivational events and more!
