Join our team—we are seeking a **Traffic Coordinator.**
**EDUCATION:**
\-Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
\-Technical degree in Transportation or verifiable experience.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS:**
\-Minimum 2 years of traffic dispatch experience.
\-Experience in bilateral Mexico–U.S. transportation.
\-Management of tractor-trailer operators.
\-Intermediate English (preferred).
\-Flexible working hours.
\-Ability to commute easily.
**Basic knowledge of:**
\-DOT and FMCSA regulations.
\-Transit times in the U.S.
\-Basic customs documentation.
\-Border crossings.
**Job description and activity details**
\-Assignment and scheduling of trips.
\-Coordination with the documentation department to ensure drivers have the Bill of Lading (BOL), Freight Bill (Carta Porte), and customs documentation.
\-Monitoring and resolution of in-transit incidents (delays, mechanical failures, inspections, weather, etc.).
\-Coordination of loading and unloading in Mexico and the United States.
\-Ongoing communication with customers to provide status updates.
\-Monitoring of deadhead time and unit productivity.
\-Preparation of reports and/or administrative controls.
\-Maintaining effective and professional communication with drivers and customers.
\-Daily trip status reporting.

**WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
