Operator training and standards implementation Description and details of responsibilities **RESPONSIBILITIES**: * Responsible for monthly and weekly equipment maintenance. * Responsible for controlling the launch rate, with control scope below 0.3%. * Responsible for developing and optimizing new procedures in trial production. * Responsible for improving UPH and analyzing/improving defective products. * Responsible for maintaining electrostatic discharge (ESD) control, grounding, and equipment flight prevention on the production line. * Responsible for training production operators and implementing product standards.
