Advanced English language proficiency and knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Description and details of responsibilities * Leads the technical team to optimize processes, ensure quality and safety standards, and improve operational efficiency. * Responsible for implementing new technologies, managing machinery maintenance, documenting projects, and ensuring regulatory compliance. * Supervises and coordinates engineering team activities, providing technical guidance and support in problem resolution. * Leads Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and engineering initiatives to reduce costs and increase productivity. * Ensures processes comply with industrial safety regulations and customer quality standards.
