Design and develop executive dashboards **Position: Data Analyst** At **G\-Global**, we are looking for analytical, results-oriented talent eager to join a dynamic environment within the logistics sector. This role is critical to driving strategic decision-making through data analysis, process optimization, and generating insights that directly impact business operations. **Responsibilities:** * Design and define operational and financial KPIs aligned with each business unit, ensuring proper documentation, calculation, and tracking. * Manage and ensure the quality, reliability, and traceability of information used for decision-making. * Automate and maintain operational databases (transportation, warehouse, international trade), integrating real-time data. * Analyze data to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement in logistics operations. * Conduct root cause analysis and generate action plans with precise follow-up until implementation. * Design and develop executive dashboards for monitoring key indicators (OTIF, fill rate, costs, delivery times, etc.). * Fulfill analytical requests from internal departments (operations, sales, finance) to support strategic decision-making. * Generate actionable insights that directly impact operational efficiency, cost reduction, and service improvement. * Participate in continuous improvement and process transformation projects through data analytics. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, IT, Data Science, or related field. * **4 to 6 years** of experience in data analysis or similar roles. * Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in **SQL** (joins, subqueries, aggregations). * Advanced Excel (database handling, pivot tables, functions). * Experience with visualization tools (**Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar**). * Strong understanding of operational and financial KPIs. * Experience in data analysis for insight generation and decision-making. * General knowledge of operations (logistics, transportation, warehousing, or finance). * Experience with ERP/WMS systems (preferred). * Intermediate English (B1\).
