Description

Job Summary: Supervises and coordinates import/export activities, ensuring compliance with customs programs and controls, with an emphasis on leadership and knowledge of MEX/US laws. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership in import/export and customs compliance. 2. Extensive knowledge of MEX/US customs laws and Annexes 24/30. 3. Management of temporary asset inventory and operational closings. Description and details of responsibilities * Effectively supervises and coordinates the import/export department activities; responsible for compliance with IMMEX program obligations and various authorizations, including their renewals. * Ensures compliance with the Account and Guarantee Control System (Annex 30\) and the Inventory Control System (Annex 24 vs. Glosa). * Tracks balances and analyzes Data Stage data. * Ensures up-to-date inventory and control of temporarily imported assets. * Implements controls and improvements to correct balance discrepancies. * Ensures timely and accurate closing of virtual and consolidated operations.
