




Job Summary: Coordinate and lead customs compliance, import/export operations, and document management to optimize costs and ensure shipment traceability. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to optimize operational and customs-related costs. * Ensure compliance with government regulations regarding import/export operations and transportation. * Register and maintain Annex 24, ensuring traceability and compliance. * Fixed asset auditor (Fixed asset audits and electronic/physical file audits). * Electronic and physical file auditor. * Digital and automated processes for customs documentation management and shipment traceability. * Management and control of Rule 8th and Certificates of Origin. * Support and coordination of import and export operations. * Administration, registration, control, and implementation of changes in customs regimes and merchandise regularization. * Review and validation of customs entry forms in accordance with Customs Compliance requirements. * Validation of tariff classification and customs and commercial documentation identifiers. * Review of Carta Porte and supplementary documentation for carriers, traffic, and shipments. * Support in the development, updating, and implementation of internal departmental procedures. * Support internal and external audits to ensure compliance with IMMEX programs. * Coordinate and lead communication with customs brokers, carriers, and authorities. * Participate in projects aimed at optimizing operational and customs-related costs. * Manage effective communication with Mexican and U.S. customs brokers and carriers. * AAA certification compliance management Experience and Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade/Logistics/International Business. * Advanced written and conversational English. * 5+ years of experience in import/export, customs, and logistics within the METAL MECHANICAL manufacturing industry (preferred). * IMMEX program, VAT certification, IEPS, I-Xport, Annex 24 and 30. * Experience and knowledge in import and export activities. * Experience and knowledge in customs and logistics. * Ability to process customs entries accurately and on time. * Knowledge of duty refunds and tax deferrals. * SUBMIT RESUME WITH RECENT PHOTOGRAPH * IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY (PREFERRED IF NOT CURRENTLY EMPLOYED) Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite Term Salary: $1,000.00 - $1,500.00 per day Benefits: * Company parking * Discounted cafeteria service * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
