




Position Summary: Effectively supervises and coordinates the import/export department, ensuring customs compliance and inventory management for virtual and consolidated operations. Job Description and Responsibilities * Supervises and coordinates import/export department activities effectively. * Responsible for fulfilling obligations under the IMMEX program and various authorizations, including their renewals. * Ensures compliance with the Account and Guarantee Control System (Annex 30\) and the Inventory Control System (Annex 24 vs. Glosa). * Tracks balances and analyzes Data Stage reports. * Ensures up-to-date inventory records and control of temporarily imported assets. * Implements controls and improvements to correct balance discrepancies. * Ensures timely and accurate closing of virtual and consolidated operations. * Performs tasks or projects as required. * Conducts audits and controls expenses related to customs operations. * Implements departmental performance metrics (KPIs). **Location**: C. Pacifico 7630, Industrial Pacifico, PA3 Parque, 22643 Experience and Requirements * 3 to 5 years of experience. * Completed bachelor's degree. * 3\-5 years supervising import/export departments. * In-depth knowledge of Annex 24 system (Intrade experience is a plus). * Experience in customs compliance. * Experience in analysis and reconciliation of Annex 24 system balances. * Experience in the maquiladora sector.
