Description and details of activities *1\. Verify the shipping schedule (Exports/Imports).* *2\. Provide security gate with data of authorized drivers for shipment pickup.* *3\. Maintain a database with updated carrier supplier information (drivers, containers, tractors).* *4\. Monitor each shipment via the GPS system and ensure it is functioning properly (unit active on platform and real-time movements).* *5 Reconcile and audit established routes and times against alerts/notifications generated by the GPS system.* *6 Document all movements of in-transit units (generated alerts) in electronic folders.* *7 Audit and capture declared shipment information from corresponding forms and GPS alert data into an Excel database to maintain control over transit times and authorized routes.* *8\. Record inspected containers (rejected vs repaired) in the database.* *9\. Record in the database containers that fail to cross customs on the same day of their* *dispatch.* *10\. Maintain control of random physical inspections of export units.* *11\. Review and document photographs corresponding to loaded containers.* *12\. Detect anomalies and/or discrepancies during monitoring, generate a report, and through the Import\-Export and Security department, send it to the involved supplier to take appropriate actions.* *13\. Prepare presentations with relevant area information (graphs).* *14 Support personnel exit checks. May participate in security teams.* Experience and requirements **Experience:** *1 year of experience in a similar position and/or internal development.* **Education:** *High school diploma and/or 1 year of experience in a similar position.* **Technical knowledge:** *Microsoft Office suite.* **Machinery and equipment usage:** *Office equipment.* **Others:** *Basic English, Intermediate Excel\- Graph creation.
