**Logistics Intern Profile (Part-Time):**
**1\. Position Objective**
Actively support administrative management of transportation and foreign trade, receiving training in the cargo operational cycle, documentation, and border/local crossings.
**2\. Academic Background**
* **Field of Study:** Student in final semesters of Logistics, International Trade, International Business, Business Administration, or related discipline.
**3\. Desired Knowledge**
* **Excel:** Basic\-intermediate level (proficiency with tables and filters).
* **English:** Basic (technical document reading).
* **Fundamental Concepts:** Theoretical understanding of manifests, shipments, and types of cargo units.
**4\. Responsibilities During Learning Process**
Under supervision, the intern will be trained in:
* **Crossing Scheduling:** Support in scheduling time slots for cargo movement.
* **Cargo Management:** Tracking unit status and updating reports.
* **Manifest Preparation:** Data entry and generation of transportation documents.
* **Document Review:** Verification of invoices, packing lists, and customs entries to ensure no errors exist.
