Due to expansion, **Volkswagen Tijuana** is seeking: **LOGISTICS SUPERVISOR** **Requirements:** * Age: 25 to 40 YEARS * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, Transportation and Distribution, or related field. * High level of responsibility * Adherence to processes * Punctuality * Proactivity * Interest in learning and professional development * Minimum 6 months of experience. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise the **inspection of new vehicles** prior to delivery. * Verify the **mechanical, aesthetic, and functional condition** of units. * Ensure cleaning, washing, detailing, and final preparation. * Identify, report, and manage **transport or factory damages**. * Coordinate repairs with workshop, body shop, or paint shop. * Validate that units meet the **brand’s quality standards**. * Coordinate receipt of units from the manufacturing plant. * Manage physical and digital vehicle inventory. * Organize internal and external movements (yard, branches, customers). * Verify documentation for receipt, transfer, and delivery. * Manage service orders, pre-delivery checklists, and delivery reports. * Ensure traceability of each unit. * Comply with legal, tax, and brand regulations.
