




Description and details of activities **Position objective:** The Import and Export Assistant is responsible for providing operational support in processes related to the international movement of goods. Its primary function is to ensure that documentation, logistics, and customs procedures are carried out correctly, timely, and in compliance with current regulations, thus facilitating the efficient flow of the company's international trade operations. **Responsibilities:** * Manage and prepare required documentation for import and export processes. * Verify compliance with customs and trade regulations. * Update databases and management systems with information related to operations. * Assist in controlling inventories associated with imports and exports. * Maintain physical and digital archives of all department documents.
