Job Description and Responsibilities Highly organized Import/Export Assistant with excellent attention to detail to support daily operations of the Import/Export Department. The candidate will assist in compliance with the Customs Law, the IMMEX Program, SAT (Tax Administration Service), and the Ministry of Economy, as well as provide support for coordinating documentation, logistics, and material traceability. Preference given to candidates residing in Refugio, Ojo de Agua, or nearby areas. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare and review import/export documentation. * Shipping notes, Carrier Letters, Customs Entry Forms (Pedimentos). * Ensure accuracy among physical cargo, supporting documents, and Customs Entry Forms (Pedimentos). * Maintain digital and physical files for audits. * Control traceability of receipts, shipments, consumption, and returns. * Coordinate domestic and international shipments. * Liaise with customs brokerage agencies. * Prepare inventory, shipment, and compliance reports. * Adhere to internal policies and current regulations. Experience and Requirements * Technical degree or bachelor’s degree in International Trade or related field. * 1–3 years of experience (IMMEX experience preferred). * Basic knowledge of the Customs Law and IMMEX program. * Intermediate Excel skills and basic–intermediate English proficiency. * Organized, responsible individual with high attention to detail. * Interest in processes and documentation.
