




Job Description and Responsibilities * Manage and coordinate daily import and export operations. * Maintain and update **Annex 24 and Annex 30**, including traceability and inventory management. * Operate the **I-Xport system**, performing data uploads, validations, and discrepancy tracking. * Review and manage **customs entry forms (pedimentos)**, closures, corrections, and **regime changes** (temporary, definitive, virtual, transfers). * Review **commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and transportation documents**. * Validate **BOM (Bill of Materials)**, product catalogs, and part numbers for customs alignment. * Comply with **non-tariff regulations and restrictions** (NOMs, RRNAs, permits, notices, SE/SAT). * Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, suppliers, and internal departments. * Prepare reports, internal audits, and customs inventory reconciliations. Experience and Requirements * Minimum 1 **year of experience** in foreign trade, preferably within **IMMEX companies**. * Demonstrable experience handling **Annex 24, Annex 30**, and operating the **I-Xport system**. * Experience in **handling and reviewing customs entry forms (pedimentos)**, validations, and regularization procedures. * Knowledge of **customs regime changes** and virtual operations. * Experience with **BOM, catalogs, tariff classification, and Incoterms**. * Coordination with customs brokers and logistics providers.
